Combustion System: 20 MMBTU/HR burner capable of operating on natural gas or #2 fuel oil, with air/fuel ratio controller, combustion air fan, burner management control panel. Burner mounted on a carbon steel combustion chamber which will includes a factory installed ceramic fiber blanket liner complete with an air tempering fan for inlet air temperature control. Process Conditions for Hemp: 10,000 lbs/hr feed rate, 50 degrees F feed temperature, 75% feed moisture, 11% product moisture, 2,809 lbs/hr product rate, 26,952 ACFM at 200 degrees F exhaust volume, 12.4 MMBTU/hr heat required.
