Used- Fluid Bed Dryer System. 5' diameter x 25' overall height, rated for 5 tons/hr. Includes Hauck model number BBG2104 natural gas burner assembly, with Maxon shut off valves. Dryer includes Twin City 3 HP combustion air fan, 40 HP fluidizing air fan, dryer is connected to 36" diameter x 20' overall height cyclone with bottom rotary airlock valve. Top of cyclone is connected to Sly, Model number 140 "Impinjet" wet scrubber with 20 HP exhaust fan. Dryer is fed by Meco belt conveyor, 18" wide x approximately 85' long, with covers. Feeds product to Columbian TecTank bin, measuring 6' diameter x 4' high, 130 CF capacity dry material, drops through Outotec rotary table feeder to belt conveyor. Meco conveyor, 18" wide x approximately 45' long inclined belt conveyor, with covers. Conveyor feeds to bucket elevator, 97' high, 12" x 32" bolted housing, belt driven with steel buckets.
