Description

This Bufflovak 6" X 8" Single Drum Flaker is designed for solidifying and flaking molten materials in chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries. It has 1 square foot of heat transfer surface area, making it ideal for small-batch processing and pilot-scale production.

The stainless steel contact surfaces, including the jacketed applicator pan and discharge chute, ensure sanitary operation and resistance to corrosion. The system features adjustable knife discharge for precise control of flake size.

Both the main roll and applicator roll are independently driven by Reeves Vari Speed drives, allowing for flexible adjustment of speeds to match different product requirements.
