🔹 Description:

This used Sandvik belt flaker system includes a 47.5" wide x 43' long stainless steel belt, paired with a Sandvik Rotoformer for producing pastilles from molten materials. The line was last used for asphalt pellet/pastille production, making it ideal for sticky, viscous materials that require controlled solidification.

The system includes 32 feet of cooling with integrated spray nozzles and water collection, providing efficient temperature reduction for fast-setting products. The line features a knife discharge, 74" feed end, (2) 16-foot cooling zones, and a 54" discharge section. Includes a 2 HP gear-reduced main drive, full control panel, and stainless steel belt (currently cut and rolled for transport).
