Jacket rated 100 psi @ 400 degrees F. 3" wide x 9/16" thick ribbons welded to approximate 3" diameter shaft. driven by a 5hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1750 rpm motor through reducer. 3" Tri-clamp center bottom outlet with automatic sanitary ball valve with elbow reduced to 2" dia tri-clamp. Stainless steel one piece cover with dual weighed assist arms, stainless steel safety grate. (2) 2" dia tri-clamp spray balls. (2) 8.5" stainless leg extensions. 10.5" discharge height. Mounted on stainless steel frame. Ribbon has been modified was a post style now welded to the shaft. Trough was certified by Custom mfg & polishing, national board# 143, built 2019. Serial# 53448-1.
