Description
The Westfalia SA-160-33-777 Desludger Disc Centrifuge is a high-performance industrial separator designed for liquid/solids separation in demanding applications such as chemical, food & beverage, oil refining, and wastewater treatment.
Constructed with AISI 318LN (1.4462) Duplex Stainless Steel in all product contact areas, this centrifuge provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability in harsh processing environments. The unit operates at a maximum bowl speed of 3300 RPM and is powered by a robust 187.5 HP (125 kW) explosion-proof (XP) belt-driven motor (380V, 50Hz, 3-Phase).
The centrifuge also includes a 2.25 HP (1.5 kW) motor starter mounted on top of the main motor for efficient control. The system comes complete with auxiliary components, including a stainless steel sludge pump, a sludge tank, a stainless steel open holding tank with pump, and a control panel for centralized operation and monitoring.
