The Elgin CSI-D3 Screening Centrifuge is a high-capacity, industrial-grade solid-liquid separation system designed for efficient slurry processing in oil, chemical, and mineral industries. With a feed capacity of 30 tonnes per hour, a 200-micron screen, and explosion-proof motors (25 HP (18.3 kW) main motor & 5 HP (3.7 kW) auxiliary motor), this unit delivers reliable and precise separation performance. The system includes a control panel, a 1322-gallon (5m²) slurry tank, and an AHR 3x2C slurry pump with a 15 HP explosion-proof motor, making it a fully integrated solution for high-volume processing applications.
Previously used in an oil processing facility, the centrifuge is well-suited for continuous dewatering, separation, and recovery of fine solids from liquids.
