This Used Temcon TRW 200 Automatic Re-Winder and Perforator Machine is an industrial-grade converting system engineered for high-efficiency roll slitting, rewinding, folding, and perforation processes. Built in 2019, the system is currently configured for dry wipe production.

The machine is capable of processing material widths from 80 mm up to 1600 mm, with adjustable perforation lengths from 100–250 mm, allowing flexibility for a variety of converting applications. It includes nine pneumatic slitting knives, manual roll changing, and a roll ejecting system for efficient production cycles.

Constructed with 316L CrNi stainless steel product contact parts and antibacterial conveyor bands, the system is suitable for hygiene-related manufacturing such as wipes and nonwoven products.

The machine can also fold materials in either V-fold or C-fold configuration prior to the perforation station, expanding its versatility for different finished product formats.
