Used-Bosch Model 7520, Automatic, Dual Head, Hot Melt Glue Tray Former with number of trays per minute depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Tray size range: flat blank up to 22" in Width; up to 30" in Length. Equipped with dual 32" long blank tray magazine, dual vacuum suction cup reciprocating pick-in-place, dual shuttle flat tray indexing systems with pusher lugs and dual mechanical tray forming heads. No tray / no form photo eyes and Nordson hot melt glue system. Swing arm touch pad controller with display and status light bar. Mounted on heavy duty frame with leveling legs. OAD: 106" L x 70" W x 86" H. Apprroximately 1,500 lbs. Last used on corrugated boxes.

Nordson ProBlue 4 hot melt glue pot, Nordson Eclipse Series EPC30 pattern control system, and Nordson Spectra 30 control system. 2005 Bosch forming heads, 4.25 in. wide x 5.25 in. Power requirements 230 volt, 3 phase, 60 hz. Air requirements: 80 psi at 6-10 cfm. A variable frequency drive motor for the main drive. Servo motor powered shuttle for a continuous supply tray/carton blank. Full shrouding to minimize dust and protect personnel.
