A 48" belt conveyor with bar belt winder ensures smooth product transfer, while the Compass Tray Flow denester with extended belted magazine feeder enables automated tray handling.

Equipped with Allen Bradley PLC controls, servo drives, and a color touchscreen HMI, this system delivers precise control and repeatability. Additional features include dual Markem Imaje 4020 inkjet case coders and an optional oscillating knife attachment for enhanced cutting flexibility.
