The Chilsonator uses dual 16" x 20" radial cored rolls with controlled hydraulic pressure and feed augers to compact powders into fees screws for improved flow and reduced dust. These feed screws are then processed by the HAS030 Comminutor Mill, which employs interchangeable screens and a hammer/knife design for precise particle size reduction. This integrated system delivers efficient compaction, milling, and screening for pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and specialty material applications. (A 102-1/2" , 5 DECK SCREENER IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS SYSTEM. AARON WILL FACILITATE LOADING INCLUDED IN THE FINAL PRICE). Description

This Fitzpatrick dry granulation and milling system combines a 16Lx20D Chilsonator with a HAS030 Comminutor Mill to deliver efficient compaction and particle size reduction for powders in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and specialty applications.

The Chilsonator employs dual 16" × 20" rolls with controlled hydraulic pressure and feed augers to compact fine powders into uniform flakes or ribbons, improving flowability and significantly reducing dust.

The HAS030 Comminutor Mill then processes these ribbons using a hammer/knife rotor with interchangeable screens, allowing for precise and consistent particle size control.

⚠️ Note: The previously mentioned 102.5" (2600 mm), 5-deck screener is not included with this system.
