Used- Severn Trent Works 3 and 5 Gallon Plastic Bottle Water Filling Line. Capable of filling up to 200 bottles per hour, at 3 to 5 gallons each. Designed to rinse, fill and cap polycarbonate (plastic) and glass bottles. The washing process is broken down into the Wash Cycle, Heated Wash, Sanitized Rinse, and Final Rinse. Capper has an 18" diameter cap unscrambler. Discharges onto a 60" long x 12" wide roller conveyor that has a Citronix Ci500 Ink Jet Coder. Equipped with an Allen Bradley Micrologix 1200 PLC.
