Used- Hosokawa Bepex Strong Scott Double Spiral Ribbon Blender, Model IMHS-2, 2 cubic feet working capacity, 316 stainless steel. Dimple jacketed trough approximately 14" wide x 30'' long x 13'' deep, internal rated full vacuum at 570 deg F, jacket rated 100 psi at 572 deg F, and 32 deg F at 100 psi. 3" diameter shaft, inner ribbon 1 1/2" wide x 1/4" thick, outer 3/8" wide x 1/4" thick welded to 3/4'' diameter posts. 3" end bottom outlet. Bolt on top cover with 2'', 6'' with cover, 4'' hand hole with a 2 1/2'' sight glass in the cover. Driven by a 3 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1755 rpm XP motor thru a reducer. Approximate ribbon rpm 60. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with casters. Built 2004.

(2) Chesterton 442-50 split mechanical seals, outboard roller bearings. Mixer driven by a triple chain drive, 50 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1770 rpm motor thru a Falk reducer, ratio 21.35 to 1. Mounted on stainless steel legs which have been cut.
