Used- Nippon Granulator Company Crack-U-Lator Cracker Mill, Model 3541. 4 layers of (8) approximately 5’’ diameter x 14’’ wide horizontal rolls, approximately 6 mm, 3 mm, 1.5’’, .06 mm pitched, with a 350 mm effective roller length. Top feed, bottom discharge. Was used to granulate calcium carbonate. Driven by a 3.7 kw, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1725 rpm gearmotor. Mounted on a carbon steel frame with casters.
