Used-Simon Pilot Indirect Gas Fired Rotary Calciner. 12" Diameter, 310 stainless steel retort, 155" overall length, gas tight seals, maximum temperature 1,600 deg F, packaged pilot unit mounted on frame with base. One zone 7' long furnace with three Eclipse gas burners, maximum output 1.2 million btu with 1.1 kw combustion air blower mounted on unit, Eclipse control system and panel, 0.55 kw variable speed retort drive 1.8 to 10.5 rpm, 3" diameter stainless feed screw with 0.06 kw variable speed drive, insulated stainless steel discharge hood with top vapor outlet, 6" square bottom discharge flange, ceramic wool liner in furnace box. Manufactured 1995.
