This couble cone design is tne first and most widely used vacuum dryer. The Rota-Cone Vacuum Dryer combines rugged construction with high quality workmanship to produce one of the most versatile vacuum dryers available.
The dryer rotates end-over-end around the axis of the centerband, causing material to gently tumble into contact with the heated surfaces without causing changes to particles or producing fires.
The Rota-cone Vacuum Dryer is ideal for temperature sensitive materials. the closed system design prevents dusting, oxidation or contamination and toxic vapors are contained.
The inherently clean internal design provides complete discharge and reduces crossbatch contamination.
Liquid addition, coating and granulation can be easily accomplished in a Rota-Cone Vacuum Dryer by incorporating our optional liquid spray line and low-speed intensifier or high-speed agitators.
