Used- Precision Stainless reactor, 39 gallon (150 liter), 316L stainless steel, vertical. Approximately 20'' diameter x 27'' straight side, clamp dished top, dish bottom. Internal rated 40 psi at 300 deg F, vacuum design 15 psi. 304L stainless steel dimple jacket rated 60 psi at 300 deg F. Off center bottom entering agitator with (3) paddle style blades. Driven by a 1 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1745 rpm gearmotor, ratio 24.5 to 1. Openings: top (5) 1 1/2'', (2) 2'', 2'' sight glass, 4'' with a 2'' sight glass; 1'' off center bottom outlet. Mounted on 3 stainless steel legs. Built 1994. Includes a bioreactor fermentation skid with 1/3 hp pump, (2) filters, 1/3 hp top cover lift, and misc piping and valves. Mounted on a stainless steel frame. (1) Stainless steel with control station with an Allen Bradley panel view 900.
