Used- Leistritz counter-rotating 18 mm twin screw extruder, model MIC18/GG-40D. 8 barrel sections, electrically heated, water cooled. Feed section with small hopper. Driven by a 3 hp, 3/60/120 hz, 230/460 volt, 1755/3515 rpm motor with reducer. (1) control panel with Eurotherm digital controllers, and (2) Eurotherm AC integrator panels. Extruder mounted on casters, built 2003. Includes (1) Brabender 1/3 hp loss in weight feeder, model P3-DDSR20/20. (1) Zenith 2 hp pump, model 60-20000-2011-4, with panel. (1) Zenith 2 hp pump, model 6236402JK-004. And (1) AEC water temperature controller, model TCU-ZSE-27Q.
