Used- Berstorff 25mm twin screw extruder, model ZE25. Co-rotating side by side screw design. Approximately 28 to 1 L/D ratio. 5 barrel sections, electrically heated, air cooled, 1 feed section. 46" centerline height. Driven by a 7 1/2 hp, 240 volt, 1750/2300 rpm DC motor thru a gearbox. Includes a control panel with Eurotherm 808 controllers, and a Reliance VS drive. Both mounted on casters. Built 1990.
