Used: Werner Pfleiderer twin screw extruder, type 25K40F-32.5E. 40 mm screws, co-rotating, 40:1 L/D, electrically heated, water cooled, 10 barrel sections with (1) feed, (1) vented with side feed port, (2) spacers and (6) non-vented sections. 50 hp DC motor with SCR controller, W&P control panel with 5 barrel zones, 500 rpm screw speed, with Brabender feeder and K-tron main feed with controls.
