Used- American Process Double Spiral Ribbon Blender, Model DRB-325, 325 cubic feet working capacity, 304 stainless steel. Dimple jacketed trough 66" wide x 144" long x approximately 73" deep, rated 14.9 psi at 350 deg F. 6 1/2" diameter shaft, inner ribbon 3" wide x 1/2" thick, outer 2" wide x 3/4" thick welded to 1’’ diameter posts. (1) 8", (1) 6’’ diameter end bottom outlet. 1 piece bolt on top cover with openings. Mixer driven by a 60 hp, 3/60/460 volt, 1780 rpm motor thru a reducer, ratio 144.59 to 1, approximate ribbon rpm 12. Mounted on a carbon steel frame. Built 2005.
