Used: Ross Double Planetary Vacuum Change can mixer, Model HDM200, 316L stainless steel. (2) 316LSS stirrers, teflon scrapper blade on bottom of one stirrer. Driven by an approximately 50 HP motor, NEMA 12 AC variable frequency inverter rated 6 to 26 RPM output. Mixer has a heavy duty mix can locking arrangment with large diameter pins. With vacuum hood designed for vacuum operation at 29.5" Hg. Vacuum hood has (2) 4" sight ports , (1) 1" vacuum exhaust, (1) 6" charge port. Includes (2) 316LSS jacketed change cans, National Board number 452, rated FV/80 PSI Internal; 60 PSI at 300 degrees F in the 304SS dimple jacket. Jacketed on straight side of can only. Interior of can finished to a 150 grit, 44" ID x 34" deep with a flat bttom, clamp dished top, mounted on caster wheels. Mixer is covered with a 304SS shroud, 316SS on all wetted parts. With wheeled stand to hold change can dished heads. Built 1995.
