All sanitary stainless steel construction, HV (high viscosity) blades, 0.5 to 1.0 pint mixing capacity, 0.25 gallon total capacity. Unit has stainless jacketed mix can with stainless steel jacket, hydraulic can lift, with drive motor, temperature control unit. Mounted on cart.
