Used- Patterson Kelley 60 cubic foot “V” blender. This blender was originally designed with capabilities for a vacuum dryer/processor. The last owner ran the unit strictly for pharmaceutical blending. The contact parts are stainless steel. The shell is jacketed for heating and cooling. To operate as a vacuum dryer using jacket, a rotary union needs to be installed. To operate as a vacuum processor, bar, parts need to be supplied This unit features a PK 12” stainless steel butterfly discharge valve and two clamp type charge covers. The unit has a machine mounted control panel and remote mount start/stop/jog box. The shell is driven through a bull gear drive by a 5 hp, 230/460V. The blender was running in service through July 2008.
