Product Description
Used-Winkworth Machinery Ltd Double Cone Blender, type DC850. Material of construction is stainless steel on product contact parts. Stainless steel clad and shrouded support pedestals. Total capacity 30.01 cubic feet/225.87 gallons (850 liters); working capacity 15.01 cubic feet/112.43 gallons (425 liters). Body dimensions: 45.24" (1160 mm) diameter x 69.81" (1790 mm) overall; 14.32" (380 mm) straight center section plus 24.57 (630 mm) deep top and 30.42 (780 mm) deep bottom cones. Not jacketed and not rated for vacuum. Support by (2) pedestals with Plummer block bearings. (1) Top cover and connections: 15.6" (400 mm) diameter top charging/inspection hatch and cover with 6 off swing bolts and 0.98" (25 mm) BSP male connection. (1) Bottom discharge: 7.8" (200 mm) diameter stainless steel BULS type LE8 hand operated membrane slide valve Drive by a 3 kW/4.5 hp-1420 rpm, 415 volt/3 ph/50 cycle FLP drive motor through Crofts size 40, 15:1 reduction ratio, gearbox and approximate 6:1 crown wheel and pinion reduction final drive. Clutch brake on drive coupling.
