Jacketed bowl 6-3/4" front to back x 6-3/4" left to right x approx 5" deep. Tangential sigma style blades, geared one end. One piece top cover. Driven by a 2.2 kw (3 hp),3/50/ 220/380 volt, 2750 rpm motor with reducer, 17.7-172 rpm output. Includes a control panel, and A Haake Model HT-400 control unit. Mounted on a table. Manual tilt.
