USED: Baker Perkins/Guittard mixer/extruder. 300 gallon working capacity, 600 total, type MHE160SL, 304 stainless steel. 304 stainless steel jacketed bowl 54-3/4" front to back x 55" left to right x approximately 47" deep, rated 150 psi at 375 deg F. Cored tangential sigma blades, approximate 0-36 rpm front blade, 0-23 rpm rear blade. Domed top cover with stand, suitable for vacuum. 12" diameter screw discharge, 0-23 rpm. Each hydraulically driven by a 100/100/75 hp hydraulic motor.
