Used: Approximately 75 gallon food grade double arm mixer/extruder. Bowl dimensions: 27" front to back x 32" left to right x 27" deep. Stainless steel on product contact areas. Jacketed bowl, tangential sigma blades. Discharge screw. 20 hp motor on the blades and 5 hp motor on the screw. Hinged cover and safety grate. Start/stop panel.
