USED: Moriyama dispersion mixer, batch mixer/compounder, type D3-7.5. 3 liter mixing capacity, 8 total. Jacketed bowl 6-5/16" left to right x 9-1/4" front to back x approx 12" deep. Cored blades. Rotor speeds front approx 25 to 100 rpm, rear approx 16.7 to 66.7 rpm. Single ram air cylinder feed, manual crank tilt bowl. Driven by a 5.5 kw (7.5 hp) Beier variator motor, 1500/1800 rpm thru a Cyclo drive, ratio 17:1. Unit includes control panel.
