Used- DCI Kettle/Processor, 1,500 Gallon, 304 stainless steel, vertical. 95 3/4" diameter x approximate 50 3/8" straight side. Dish top, sloped bottom. Dimple jacket rated 120 psi @ 350 degrees F. Fixed stainless steel agitator bridge, bottom supported agitator with a 3" diameter shaft with a 2 blade turbine. Driven by a 1.5/3.0 hp, 3/60/460 volt, 850/1740 rpm gearmotor, ratio 40.04:1. 2 internal CIP spray balls with an adjustable baffle. Top Openings: 18" manway with cover, (2) 3" triclamp, 4", 6" triclamp drive, 1", 1 1/2" triclamp. 3" triclamp end bottom outlet with hand operated valve. Mounted on 4 stainless steel adjustable legs.
