Insulated with 304 stainless steel sheathing. 22'' section on bottom side wall, and bottom head dimple jacketed, rated 40 psi at 300 deg.f.. Provision for a clamp on agitator. 2" sanitary center bottom outlet. Mounted on 3 stainless steel legs, approximately 22'' discharge height.
