Consisting of: (3) Alfa Laval scraped surface heat exchangers, model 6X9. 9 square feet heating surface per tube, 27 total. Approximately 6'' diameter x 72'' long jacketed tubes, internal rated 300 psi at 600 deg.f., jacket rated 250 psi at 600 deg.f.. Plastic clip on wipers. 3'' tri-clamp inlet, 2'' tri-clamp outlet. Each driven by a 7.5hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1750 rpm gearmotor, ratio 3.04 to 1. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with hydraulic dasher removal.
