Consisting of: (2) APV scraped surface heat exchangers, model V884WWNN, 14.5 square feet heating surface per tube, 29 total. 8'' diameter x 84'' long jacketed tubes rated 150 psi at 400 deg F. Plastic clip on wipers. 3'' tri-clamp inlet/outlet. Each driven by a 15 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1740 rpm gearmotor. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with hydraulic dasher removal arms. Built 2000.
