Used-50,000 Lb/Hr Alfa Laval 304L stainless steel, 4 effect, MVR type (no MVR with the evaporator) falling film evaporator system manufactured by DeLaval Separator. 1st effect is single pass with a 48" diameter calender, (1) 68" diameter separator. 2nd effect is two pass with 40" diameter calender (a & b), (1) 52" diameter separator. 3rd effect is two pass with a 30" diameter calender and (1) 52" diameter separator. 4th effect is two pass with a 35" diameter calender (a & b) and (1) 24" diameter separator. Also included with the system is a flash cooler, pasteurization chamber, (2) heat exchangers, a balance tank, (4) vacuum pumps, (1) 20 hp circulation pump, (1) 15 hp circulation pump, (1) 10 hp circulation pump, (6) 5 hp circulation pumps, (2) 3 hp circulation pumps, (1) 2 hp circulation pump.
