Used-Wheelabrator Dust Collector (WDC). 60,000 Dscfm. Filters are 118" long x 6" diameter. Each filter has 15.45 square feet of cloth. Compartments 1, 2, 3, 4 have 225 filters each; 225 x 4 compartments x 15.45 square feet per filter = 13,905 square feet. Compartments 5 and 6 have 135 filters each; 135 x 2 compartments x 15.45 square feet per filter = 4,171.5 square feet. Total WDC cloth area is 18,076.50 square feet. The existing air to cloth ratio across the complete WDC assuming balanced flow is 60,379 dscfm/18,076 square feet, 3.34:1. The WDC discharges directly to the atmosphere through a 60 foot tall stack (with Opacity CEM System) at a rate of 60,379 dscfm using two 100 hp industrial blowers.
