(6) 44" wide x 40" deep x 1" thick jackted shelves, (5) 304 stainless steel. 5 1/2" spacing between shelves. Shelves rated 50 psi @ 650 degrees F, (5) shelves. National Board rated, chamber just vacuum rated. Chamber 50" wide x 48 1/2" tall x 46 1/2" deep. Hinged cover with sightglass. Includes a 2 hp pump.
