Used-Calmic Euro-Vent model 100 316 grade stainless steel batch fluid bed dryer. Nominal batch loading 100kg (220 pounds). One off all stainless steel mobile batch drying bowl 1100mm (43'') diameter at the top, 915mm (36'') diameter at the base x 450mm (17.5'') deep. Push / pull handle, side viewing glass and four off castoring wheels. Three off pneumatic rams hold the product bowl in between the bottom diffuser and the filter bag housing. Filter bag top housing is 1100mm diameter with rectangular explosion relief vent in top. Overall height from floor is 3300mm (11'). Exhaust duct with dual dampers at the top of the filter bag housing exits into a draw through centrifugal fan 880mm diameter (35'') x 130mm wide (5') with 250mm (10'') diameter inlet x 260mm (10.5'') x 130mm (5'') rectangular outlet. 11 kW (14.5 hp) 1430 rpm 415/3/50 motor with guarded pulley and belt transfer. Mild steel inlet air heater unit with three off fin tube steam heater banks. Hand wheel operation to raise and lower the filter bag support.
