Used- Heat and Control Heat Wave Fryer, model HWF. Approximately 30" wide x 24'6'' long 304 stainless steel wire mesh belt, driven by a 1 HP, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1725 RPM gearmotor. Approximate fry time 7-28 seconds, 3,000 pounds an hour maximum thru-put. Internal oil curtains, spray ball manifold, 3 HP gearmotor top hood lift. Includes a model CTHX-1.0 gas heater, serial# 1005, (2) powered conveyors, holding tank, control panel with Allen Bradley Panel View 550, and misc. piping and pumps.
