Aaron's reconditioning shops are capable of taking old, run-down not so perfect machines and turning them into completely functional reconditioned units. A complete reconditioning facility is located on Aaron's premises.
Aaron sells used equipment on an "as is" basis. In order to help our customers determine the condition of purchased equipment we can provide the following testing services for a nominal charge:
- Test running equipment mechanically under power.
- Vacuum testing.
- Spark testing glass-lined surfaces.
- Perform dye penetration tests on welds.
- Dynamically balancing of rotating parts i.e. centrifuges.
For our customers who wish to have their equipment reconditioned and do not wish to undertake the project management themselves. Aaron equipment provides complete reconditioning services in our 40,000 sq. ft. shop. Aaron is capable of completely rebuilding most types of processing equipment. In addition we can provide new drive systems and PLC controls systems customized to your process equipment requirements.
